Cpu Fan Temp + Rpm, Maybe a Problem?

I have just finished my first custom gaming build and i am unsure that my temps are 'ok' standard, i have 5 case fans and a cpu fan but my bios says that the cpu temp is 48c which after a quick search of the net showing i should have around 30c idle :/ my fans are showing that the speed is 1130rpm which seems to be low looking at other peoples i'm not sure how to change this so that i can get higher speeds, also the other fans are on 1600-1700rpm, my mobo temp is at 20-23c which i think is fairly ok, just the cpu. should i consider buying buying a new one? btw its not stock its a 'arctic cooler freezer 7 pro'

Its slightly overstocked. I think you should be okay, though, if you have a good filtration system, and you may have to do water changes more frequently. If you wanted to lower the numbers at all, I would lower the corydoras to just 4 instead of 6--but still, I think you'll be fine. They should all get along pretty well, the only thing you may see is some aggression from the gourami to the platies. Gouramis are considered community fish, but the truth is that alot of them have an attitude and may still end up bullying another fish in tank; it is especially true of the Trichogaster species (Blue, Gold, Three Spot, Moonlight, etc) that they can be quite aggressive, so any time you keep one of these gouramis, you take a chance. But it may be worth taking, especially for one as breath-taking as the Pearl. Do NOT keep it with other gouramis. He will be less aggressive if on his own. If possible, choose a female, she may be less territorial. Keep an eye on the gourami when you put it with the other fish....some chasing may be normal at first, as fish establish dominance and territories; however, if it persists and you see a pattern, take that gourami back, because he probably won't let up once he gets his eye on an easy target. One way to avoid this would be to introduce the gourami after the other fish, so he knows his place as the new guy.

I would highly suggest cognitive behavioral therapy and researching how anxiety works. Anxiety is triggered more so by thoughts rather than an initial physical response. I do know it can be crippling and hard to get control of, so given what you have tried you may need some outside help. Just remember that you are in control either way, so try doing stuff to distract you and make you feel better. Drink a lot of water and try to think of positive things like good or kittens playing with yarn or something. In any case, do your research online about cognitive behavioral therapy because it has been shown to help with very complex psychological and emotional problems. I have anxiety attacks that make me feel like my throat is closing, but I try to calm down, exercise, and realize that it's the fact that I'm freaking myself out and I'm actually okay in reality. Should i feel guilty about this?

i made a joke about my guitar teacher stalking this kid cus there was like 50 pictures of him and i said something like "why are you stalking the poor kid? thats not very nice.. haha jk." and i posted it on facebook on her Business page on one of the pictures of the kid. like 10 mins after posting said comment she sent me texts saying all this stuff about how i shouldnt ever say things like that and how terrible it was of me and how it will ruin her Business, and then she added that one of her other students took the picture, like it would matter. i then said sorry i didnt mean to offend you. and then she gets all pissy with me. usually she takes my jokes really well, and ive even joked about things on her Business page and she didnt flip. i really think she over reacted. yet i still feel really guilty, like i killed her dog or something. ya think shes PMSing or something? i have bipolar disorder and its easy for little things like that to get to me and put me into a depressive episode. i havent been depressed in a long time (about 2 months. i know it doesnt seem like a long time but to me it is) and about half an hour after she sent me those texts i started over thinking it and started putting myself down. and now i feel i cant make jokes with her about things and i feel like i cant be funny anymore. and being funny is important to me. i dont know how long this depression will last but its really hitting me hard. i dont want to get up, i cant laugh at anything, i cry a lot, and i now see the world as a dark, humorless place. all because of what she said. i have 2 questions. 1. Kenwood deck mounting help?

So I bought a Kenwood deck from my friend. I had noticed that my stock deck was bolted on. And that I had no idea how to bolt my new deck down so it doesnt come out. I spelled my son's name "unique" and I get asked all the time how to pronounce it. I only get an attitude if the asker had an attitude. If you nicely ask "How do you pronounce this? Is there any upcoming Asian basketball players with potential like Yao Ming?

It seems like Asian basketball players pretty much will extinct from the NBA. Once Yao Ming retires. I kind of doubt Yi Jialian or Jermey Lin will be anything major in the NBA. Even though they are still young. I remember after the hype of Yao Ming in the 2002-2003 season. Several NBA teams were recruiting or drafting Oriental basketball players. Some of them played sufficiently to stay on a team for a couple of years, but a lot of them went back to their home countries.
