I need help PLEASE? building computer? PLEASE!?

I am building a computer for myself. I have the parts and am working with them. now, I have the CPU installed onto the motherboard. (AMD Phenom II 965 Black Edition) with stock heatsink and fan. I cannot latch the metal things onto the orange things in my PC.
