When a parent spells their child's name "unique"..?

I spelled my son's name "unique" and I get asked all the time how to pronounce it. I only get an attitude if the asker had an attitude. If you nicely ask "How do you pronounce this? I'm just curious" i just answer back politely. I expect to get asked so it doesn't bother me. I mean, if you spell it different you just have to expect to get asked. You can't get mad when you set yourself up for the question.
