PLEASE read and answer if possible...New tracfone lg 800g and I can't find it on their site or accessories?!?

This is driving me insane. I just got a really nice tracfone lg 800g and I try to go back to the tracfone website and it's not on there anymore. we called them and they said they are just out of stock and it will be back up but it hasn't yet and you can only buy accessories for the phone while its up on the website!! and how come all the other phones only list universal accessory set, and you can't click on it to buy and what is it?! it makes me nervous too that they just take phones down like that, it's like there newest best phone but it makes me wonder if they took it down for a reason or if it is just sold out?!
