How much does it cost to get a Texas Tax License after Registering? Thanks.?

I am a coach, but am starting a web-based business where I sale shares and stocks on "online advertisement" over 48 states in the USA...What about those other states? What are their tax rates? Really need some answers on who to talk to..etc. Thanks and God bless.
