Should I make the first move?

Hi :) so there's this guy and I kinda barely knew him before this he is 2 years older than me. I met him on facebook and he is really sweet and funny (& cute!). We have been texting and have gotten to know eachother for about a month. Come on it's summer and I really wanted some romance or at least something juicy to come back to school with. (; (jk about that part.) he has shown intrest and I guess I could say I have too. I dont know if I should make the first move?!?! What kind of texts would let him know im into him? What should I say?
