College and Benefits.. Is it allowed? Should I declare it? Should I stay on Benefits to get the fees paid?

Incapacity Benefit, Disability Allowance and Income Support each have different rules when it comes to working. I would imagine it would have an effect on the amount you receive. This is something that needs to be discussed with the DWP.
