Yelled at for everything and nothing! HELP ME!!!?

I dust,sweep,do dishes, dog poop and food and walk, and like to joke around. However when I get mad because I feel like I do everything my parents yell at me say I'm talking back and ground me. One day my sister said "I met this guy" ( which is not good cus she lead em on and she has a bf) and I said "of course you did" I was jk and she knew it but I got my phone, comp, and iPod taken away. However when my younger sis of eleven says back off brat I get grounded instead of her....MESSED UP how can I fix it WITHOUT GETTING GROUNDED.
