I can't just ask if he likes me!!!?

I Love You is not something men throw around for kicks. More then likely what he is doing is trying to see how you react, or he is scared that you don't like him. Trust me he likes you. The next time he says it ask him if he really does love you and that you wouldn't mind if he did. While doing this look him in the eyes and show him that you are serious. It's not fair to you if he is just messing around because it is sending you mixed signals.
