What are YOUR preferred spellings for the girls' names pronounced "KATE-lin" and "KAR-lee"?

Caitlin and Carly. I'm not a fan of spelling variations, especially ridiculous ones like Kaetlynne and Karleigh, but Kaitlin or Carley could be acceptable.
