Does this guy like me because I dont think so?

Ok there is this guy we will call him Mark. We text like everyday for a couple of hours. I 9/10x say i have to go to bed first. And he has aked me who I like. After I do I ask him who does he like. Well the 2x this has happpened he is like "you" or " no other then you" then 10 mins later is like "jk' or "lol" "What if i was serious" It is annyoing. And a couple of monthes ago he would always be like "i love you' or "ur hair looks beautiful" . But he is a player he flirts a lot. But he only texts me. Idt he likes me he said "lylas" so i dont. But today like when i was outside bike riding with my friend we saw him and he waved and smiled and said "hey lizzie'.He complety ignored my friend. Two days ago an incdident happened and he was there and he was like red when i looked at him and he was laughing. I kinda of like him, I dont know. We talked a little but then a couple of monthes ago he said something to me and he got in a lot of trouble and we didnt talk. At the last day of school we hugged(but he hugs like 4 other girls too). Please give me your opinon what you think!
