Hong Kong Touge Mountain Passes?

Are there any mountain roads in Hong Kong, besides the road to Po Lin Monastery in Ngong Ping? I'm just curious about the Mountain passes in Hong Kong, those similar to the ones in Japan. BTW. are some of the downhill roads in the Mid-Levels driftable? I'm just curious
