Car doesn't have power when turned off?

its 2004 mitsubishi lancer ralliart. i was installing a aftermarket radio and didn't ground it so i took back out so i could later. i reinstalled the stock radio. when i turn off my car it resets the radio, my power locks don't work, and my interior lights don't work. did i short something? fuse? where should i start to figure out my problem?
